Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative you are focused on ensuring our customers feel valued when they contact our team. Your role as part of Terri Scheer is to connect our customers with products and services that meet their needs and protect their assets. You will enjoy achieving KPI's while delivering exceptional service, speaking with customers over the phone and using your initiative to understand their needs and provide solutions.
What you'll do: Take new & existing calls to assess eligibility, underwrite business insurance policies and make alterations to policies and cancellations.Deliver a seamless customer experience on various insurance products that provides value for our customers.Identify the appropriate insurance policies to meet customer requirements.Achieve customer sales, service and retention targets set for all customer segments.What you'll bring: Proven experience and passion for delivering brilliant customer service.Ability to use initiative and possess strong problem-solving skills.Resilience and ability to positively manage difficult situations.A high level of attention to detail.Insurance experience is not required (we can teach you that).A thirst for knowledge and passion for helping customers.What we can offer you:
