Customer Service Rep (Order Processing/Sale Coordinator)

In this role, you will provide critical support to the sales team nationally, handling order processing, warranty administration, and various administrative tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operational flow.

Join a company that values dedication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.DescriptionDetailed Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities / Accountabilities Sales Administration Process customer orders using Oracle, including PO, receipting, invoicing, and more.Communicate order fulfilment details, cost-effective solutions, and customer requirements.Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders such as customers, transport and warehouse suppliers, and overseas factories for order fulfilment.Maintain regular updates on stock, inventory, and replenishments; manage KPIs.Handle incoming sales calls, emails, and faxes professionally and courteously.Address customer inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.Process and track credit requests, liaising with Suppliers and Finance teams.Coordinate and manage stock levels and deliveries with sales managers and vendors.
ProfileThe ideal candidate will have: Experience in order processing, customer service, or sales administration, ideally within a manufacturing or related industry.
