Job Summary Provides quality service to all customers to meet business objectives by performing the following duties: Principal Duties and Resposibilities Field customer phone calls and emails to receive and process orders.
Offer customers technical support/advice.
Prepares contract forms, submits customer accounts applications and determines approved charges for orders requested.
Solicits sale of new or additional services.
Processes Warranties and liaise with Regulatory Department and other designated departments for investigation.
Promptly deals with all customer requests.
Daily processing of customer returns.
Support/step into office team member roles as needed.

Education / Experience Requirements QUALIFICATIONS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE : One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of dental technician/dental assistant education and experience.
Microsoft word & Excel and basic computer skills necessary LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
REASONING ABILITY : Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
