The Role The purpose of this role is to liaise with customers and process customer orders while also demonstrating great PC skills, phone manner, and organisational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Perform various administrative tasks as outlined by job description, including filing/photocopying and banking.
Process customer orders, inquiries, and follow up on any issues.
Maintain customer relationships.
Communicate with various departments to ensure that a high level of customer service and record accuracy is maintained.
Ensure all customer details are updated when necessary.
Data entry.
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Customer service focus with an excellent phone manner.
Willingness to take on new tasks and be multi-skilled in various roles within the office.
Great computer skills (including Word, Excel).
Good product knowledge.
Capable of working under pressure in a team environment.
Show initiative and a positive attitude.
Previous telesales experience, preferably in the food service industry.
Minimum 1 year of administration experience required.
Proven ability to work unsupervised.
