Join Pacific Motor Group as Customer Service Coordinator and kick start your career in the Automotive Industry. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team with a Customer Service Receptionist.
We are seeking a customer-focused allrounder to join our high-performance team and support our Service Department in Caloundra.
The primary role will be to support our Service Team by answering phones, taking bookings, filing, and other service tasks, pre-printing the repair orders, and organizing parts.
You will need to provide friendly and efficient service in a timely manner to all of our customers and staff alike.
You will need to be energetic, customer-focused with a positive attitude.
This is a vital customer-facing role, dealing directly with our customers every day.
You will need to have a professional appearance, a high level of customer service, and a genuine desire to assist our customers with their servicing needs.
About the Role: Delivering outstanding customer service as you meet and greet our customers.Providing general assistance within the service department.Service booking pre-work including checking for outstanding recalls.Making service bookings.Filing.Photocopying and printing.Working as part of a diverse team.Maintaining clean and tidy uniform/presentation.Supporting duties including parts allocation for jobs.General duties as directed by the manager.Incoming and outgoing vehicle movements.About You: Self-motivated.Reliable.Highly developed customer service skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.Willingness to learn and gain further experience for career growth.Current open Australian Driver's License (Manual).Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.Able to maintain a high level of OH&S.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.If you have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and a long-term commitment to building a career within the Automotive Industry, we want to hear from you.
