About the role: Open position across Brisbane Contract/Temp Jobs are in urban locations and close to public transport: Elizabeth St location Easy to fill timesheet, on-time weekly payment, and option for Real-Time Remuneration As Customer Service Officer, your responsibilities will include: Handle incoming calls and respond to emails in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate intermediate computer literacy skills and follow processes/scripts Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers Process and track orders, and assist clients with transactions and inquiries Collaborate effectively in a team environment to meet individual and team goals Manage time and organise workload to meet performance expectations Ensure all administrative compliance requirements, data entry, and efficient client engagement are met.
Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of experience in a call centre or handling inbound or outbound calls Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment Capable of solving problems while adhering to clear guidelines and rules Demonstrates resilience and calm when handling complaints or challenging situations Professional demeanour with a high level of integrity Experience in a call centre environment is preferred but not essential.
