We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team in Geebung QLD on a Permanent Full Time basis as a Customer Service/Purchasing Representative.
Responsibilities:
Process quotes for scripted complex mobility equipment in conjunction with sales staff and therapistsCreate service appointments in conjunction with the customer and internal teamsCreate purchase orders with relevant clients, preparation of quotes and invoicingCoordination and booking of Demo equipment for the Complex Rehab sales teamCommunicate customer requirements with relevant teamsFollow up progress of current jobs and communicate to customersProvide general support as required to the clinical sales teamRequirements:
