The opportunity
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Operator who share our values of Safety & Security, Passion, Integrity, Reliability, Innovation and Teamwork.
Suitable candidates will be required to deliver a range of airport customer services including Passenger assistance and check in's based at Kalgoorlie Airport on a Permanent Part Time basis working up to full time hours.
Split shifts are a permanent part of this role.
You may be required to complete hours in the morning, undertaking several hours unpaid break before returning to commence paid work in the afternoon.

Operating at the Kalgoorlie Airport Terminal, Menzies manages all aspects of the Ground Handling Operations for their client's
We are seeking motivated, reliable and passionate individuals who are interested in being part of an exciting Kalgoorlie operation.
You will be joining an energetic, team oriented company and working in a fast paced environment.
This role will see you work up to full time hours.
What you'll be doing
Providing check in services.
Passenger assistance.
Coordinating arrivals and departures.
Conducting pre-flight checks.
What we need from you
Strong background in customer service
Have full time availability, including shift work and split shifts.
Must be willing to work shift work; inclusive of weekends.
Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team.
A strong focus and committed attitude towards safety.
Enthusiasm and a willingness to provide exceptional levels of service.
Adherence to strict grooming guidelines and dress standards.
Previous experience within the industry is an advantage, but not necessary.
Ability to commit to a rotating roster that covers 24 hours a day , 365 days per year.
In order to be considered you must have the ability to obtain an Airport Security Card, Police Check and pass a medical, including a Drug & Alcohol Screen
