The Position This company has a rare opportunity to joint their ranks in an Customer Service Operator, that has strong experience with Import and Export Freight Forwarding Operations.
The role will be based in the East Brisbane offices.
This role, reporting to the Operations Manager, will be working with all sea and air freight managed by this company that is coming into Australia, from prior to the ETD to after the ETA.
On an average day you will be: First point of contact for clients Liaise with clients, brokers and transport companies pending ETA Update customer accounts on CRM The Package Alongside full product and job training given by both my client and their customer covering both the logistics and operational parts of the role, the package on offer for the successful candidate is between $75,000 to $90,000 per year , plus superannuation.
The Candidate To be considered for this role it is essential that the candidate has experience in importing and exporting regulations as well as booking interstate freight, good verbal and written communication is also required.
