Position Overview:
In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a vital support to our operations team. Your contributions will help ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, allowing us to meet our goals for quality repairs and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Answer and return customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Arrange and manage repair bookings to optimise workflow.Place stationary orders and assist with ordering and receiving parts.Oversee the repair process to ensure timely, cost-effective quality repairs.Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the workshop.Accurately assess and quote vehicles in a timely manner.Conduct vehicle arrival inspections and facilitate handovers.Capture video footage of repairs to enhance customer transparency. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in customer service or operations is preferred but not essential.Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour are a must.Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus but not required.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.A proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to a growing company.Experience in iBodyShop is preferred but not essential.
