Job Description/ Requirement Responsibilities Handling redemption process and making calls to customers who made reservations to update the gift status.Attending to walk-in customers for gift redemption and carry-in repair for CE products such as MC, players & others.Warranty data entry.Answering customer inquiries.Helping out in other ad hoc duties as and when required.Requirements Min GCE "O" Level or its equivalent.At least 1 to 2 years working experience in face-to-face customer service/frontline customer service.Able to differentiate between false and genuine claims.Good English communication & basic soft skills.A team player and motivated to serve customers.Computer knowledge.Requires working every Saturday with 1 Saturday optional.Working Hours Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 6.15 pm)
