As a key member of the team, you will thrive in an environment where service, sales, and customer solutions are paramount. This role will see you as the face of our company and enjoying being part of the local community. Your day will be varied as you will be involved in sales and enquiries, merchandising, liaising with customers and suppliers.
You will provide and maintain a professional and timely service with appropriate information to varied enquiries via phone, email, and importantly face-to-face service. The role will include the following key responsibilities:
Providing excellence in customer service and the customer journeyWelcoming new and existing customers into our showroomsActively promoting Ausreo's products to generate salesMerchandising and Stock ReplenishmentProcessing sale orders, generating quotations, engaging with e-commerce and social mediaService Centre and office managementTroubleshooting and resolving enquiries via phone and email in a quick and efficient mannerStock control in the warehouseCoordinating production with factory staffCoordinating logistics i.e., transport and deliveriesEffectively communicating with all stakeholders and dealing with difficult customers effectivelyTo Be Successful Strong communication skills both verbal and writtenPrevious experience in a retail, hardware, trade type environment will be highly regarded; steel industry experience will be highly regarded but not essentialFace-to-face selling and entrepreneurial spiritHighly organised, great at multi-tasking, and strong attention to detailStrong computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quicklyThrives in a team environment but can also work independentlyGood ability to work under pressureIf you have a welcoming approach, show high initiative and provide our customers with a unique experience; then this is the role for you.
