We have a superb opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join us at our Tumby Bay branch!As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers when they walk into our branch. Your role will be dynamic and rewarding, as you help guide customers towards their financial goals, referring them to the right specialists and addressing their general banking queries. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, where no two days – or customers – are the same! So bring your resilience, flexibility, and positive energy to make every interaction an exceptional one.The HoursThis is a branch-based role and the hours are 9.30am – 2.30pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday.What will I need to succeed?Numerical Skills: Proficiency in handling cash and an ability to complete financial transactions with accuracyCustomer Service Experience: ideally in a customer-facing rolePersonality: an energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping peopleResilience: Ability to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations or difficult customersCommunication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain banking products and servicesTeam Player: Ability to work effectively with colleagues to support branch goals and deliver outstanding serviceAdaptability: a will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologiesNo banking experience?
