About the Customer Service Officer position As a Customer Service Officer within CRCS Therapeutic Services, you have an important dual role at CRCS.
In addition to providing high level customer service as part of the Wellbeings reception function you will also play an important role in supporting the Senior Manager with administrative functions to enable the smooth day to day running of the programs within the portfolio.
The Customer Service Officer role provides high quality advice to individuals enquiring or wishing to access services.
This important role provides all aspects of the administration for the portfolio such as making bookings, taking payments, managing all of the IT system requirements, problem solving, preparing data and reporting requirements and maintaining attendance and other records.
A person-centred, warm and individualised approach to each person is the essence of a CRCS Customer Service Officer.
This is a part time (30.4 hours per week) ongoing position based at Chandler Street, Belconnen.
Provides high level customer service and supports participants to understand information provided to them including prices/fees and charges, agreements.
terms related to their rights and responsibilities, and the care and services provided.
Ensures that enrolments and attendance information is entered into Turnpoint in a timely manner Provides high level general office/administration support to the team.
Ensures that Facilitators report attendance information and update case notes immediately after sessions as required Provides high level general office/administration support to the team.

Selection Criteria for the role: Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Certificate III in administration or working towards a qualification or extensive work experience Demonstrated prior customer service and administration experience Ability to use Microsoft Applications especially Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel CRCS employees must hold a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration and have this with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
CRCS employees are required to undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment.
Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may affect their eligibility to work or performing the inherent requirements of their position.
Current Driver's Licence and access to a registered, comprehensively insured motor vehicle for work related purposes.
