Your opportunity to join our team As a Customer Service Officer, you will be part of our friendly Customer Service Team who thrives on collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and diversity is supported.
Working Monday to Friday, you will support our customers to ensure they have a great customer experience, answering queries and supporting them in choosing the right products for their business.

Completing daily call cycle and keying orders.
Providing information and upselling on Ingham's products to customer orders.
Providing administrative support to the wider customer service team and business development managers, in relation to our customers.
Stakeholder engagement with customers, operations, and logistics.
Responsible for accurately processing payment credits, ensuring timely updates to accounts, and reconciling discrepancies.
You will bring to this role Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and MS Teams.
Experience working in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to think outside the box.
Relevant experience in food manufacturing or FMCG would be advantageous.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and work independently.
