In the role of Customer Service Officer, you will be liaising with various stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service. Based at our Elgas, Brisbane depot located at Lytton, you will be the main point of contact for our ELGAS Customers answering enquiries, processing orders, establishing accounts, and managing debtors. Please note, you must have your own vehicle.
What you will enjoy doing You are able to provide a high standard of customer service while answering calls and emails. Liaison with all stakeholders from agents & distributors to customers & contractors. You assist other functions by monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activity. You will perform administrative tasks such as updating records, stock reconciliation, and price adjustments. Comply with Company Policy and adhere to all safety policies and procedures. What makes you great You have previous experience in a call center. Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills. You have strong attention to detail and are able to prioritise and manage time effectively. You have high problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution experience.
