About the Role: These full and part time positions within the Specialist Clinics department/ward are front line customer service positions involving a high level of interaction with patients and their families. You will also be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties including the scheduling of appointments.
What you'll achieve: Excellence in customer service.Knowledge of Specialist Clinics booking practices.Skills in the use of our electronic medical record.Classification for this position ranges from A010- A012 (Full time base salary $58,442 to $63,996 per annum, plus superannuation).
