About the opportunity: Based at WonthaggiPermanent Full Time PositionGenerous salary package including 13.5% SuperA close-knit team and an inclusive culturePersonal and professional development opportunitiesThis is a key role in which you will help to drive sales of concrete by taking customer orders and achieving accurate data entry into the Command system whilst ensuring customers receive a positive customer experience at all times. You will effectively manage the fleet within the geographical area - ensuring cost effective allocation of resources and efficient distribution to meet customer needs. You will also provide a support role to the Production Supervisors and the Area Operations Manager – assisting them to achieve Concrete Distribution and Customer Charter objectives by leading the despatch team.
Further, detailed responsibilities are found in the Position description which is available upon request and will include monitoring effective bookings and allocation of the fleet by the team to ensure high levels of customer service are achieved while gaining best cost efficiency.
