Be the first point of contact and provide administrative support to our Slade Pharmacy team and patients at the Epworth Hospital Richmond.
Ideal opportunity for pharmacy assistants or administrative assistants wanting to build upon their admin and customer service skills. The opportunity:Join us on a permanent full-time basis at the highly regarded Epworth Hospital in Richmond where you will be an integral part of our fast-paced admin team.
You will be the first point of contact for our hospital colleagues and provide administrative support to our retail and hospital pharmacy teams, patients, and customers.
Your days will be varied, interesting and fast-paced, providing customer service and admin support to the hospital and community pharmacy teams.
Be the first point of contact for patients, hospital, and pharmacy staffTaking orders and managing the central inboxBook patients for consultations and appointments with our pharmacistsData entry and collection, document storageUpdate patient lists and preparation for clinical sessionsAssist with ad-hoc pharmacy administrationAssist with patient-facing pharmacy assistant duties including, but not limited to, the sale of S2 & S3 medications, scripts in/out, retail sales and other pharmacy assistant dutiesDue to business requirements, we need someone to commit to joining a team environment and work on a 4-week rotating roster, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am to 7pm.
