About the role
A motivated and friendly & reliable Customer Service Officer will pay a pivotal role in the smooth running of the customer Service department, providing an exceptional level of customer service to all internal and external customers while Managing the online orders
Duties Taking new orders and enquiries via Phone/Email/Fax Orders Processing Orders/Invoices Data Entry (Business Central/FileMaker/Breadboard) Accounts Management Processing orders before Public Holidays/Closure Periods Manage all dockets and invoices Handling Customer complaints General Office Administration Comply to Company Code of Conduct principles, HACCP and Food Safety guidelines Skills & experience Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable FMCG industry experience highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines. Demonstrable customer services skills Basic accounts management High level computer/data Benefits Enjoy working within a busy, dynamic and rewarding environment. Full training of our systems and procedures Monday to Friday for the first 3 months then rotating roster to include weekend work.
