We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Casual Customer Services Officer who is a skilled customer services administrator or medical receptionist who might be seeking a change.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers through the provision of advice and arranging suitable appointments with our extensive specialist consultant team.
As a member of a customer services team, you will provide a range of high-quality, customer-focused business administration support for the provision of independent medical services.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities will include but are not limited to: Liaising with customers to plan and implement agreed servicesReception duties such as checking in patients, calling patients, processing return files, sending schedules to consultants, ordering medical imaging, filing and other ad hoc administrationScheduling of appointmentsMaintaining busy inboxes, with queries, appointments and non-appointment servicesProviding administrative and operational support to consultant practitionersProviding information and advice to customers, or prospective customersEstablishing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including medical consultants, staff, clients and customersUndertaking other tasks assigned to the Customer Services team, including reception duties, dictation, invoicing and supporting the greater team in general.QualificationsTo be considered for this role you will have: Demonstrates the ability to provide excellent customer serviceExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrates the ability to work independently and within a group environmentA personal approach which is enthusiastic, friendly and helpfulStrong prioritisation skills while maintaining a level of flexibilityAttention to detail is a mustHigh regard for confidentialityAbility to perform within a close team environmentComputer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/OneNote/Outlook)Additional InformationThis role is a 2-day-a-week position opportunity.
This role will be focused around providing additional support to our reception and customer services teams to assist them in their daily operations.
