You may also be required to work in our kiosk on site as well.This is casual role for the weekends and hours may vary. The primary responsibility of our Customer Service Officers is to deliver first class services to our customers.Key areas of responsibility include:Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephoneApply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systemsProvide customers inquiring about memberships with information and have the knowledge to sell memberships when a person joins or renewsPromote the centre's services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolmentsDevelop and maintain good working relations with customersPromote and exercise good public relations at all timesOpen/close the centre in accordance with security and safety proceduresAvailability to work on the weekends is essential for this roleSkills & Attributes:Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work styleComputer literacy, familiarity with software packages and point of sale systemsExperience in the leisure industry is desirable.Desirable:Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).Current CPR Certificate.Police CheckWorking with Children CheckPrevious experience in a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset are encouraged to apply!The CompanyBelgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest growing leisure organisation in Australia.
