Join a highly successful branch and a winning team Focused and structured development and growth pathway Bullivants - specialists in heavy lifting and rigging Enhancing the customer centric mentality, the Sales Representative will support with activities related to the branch showroom including direct customer sales support and general upkeep.
In addition to the face-to-face element of the role you will also be interacting with the internal and external sales team to resolve relevant queries.
Bullivants are leaders in lifting and heavy rigging with a national presence providing a customer first approach in product sales and ongoing service and support.
At the Newcastle branch, you'll be joining a high performing, engaged team who celebrated their win as Branch of the Year! We are looking for the next great addition to nurture ongoing success!
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based onsite at Bullivants Newcastle. Some of the tasks: Support with client sales and showroom retail activitiesResolve customer queries either face-to-face or via phone and emailSupport with customer ordering to ensure delivery timelines are adhered to including any overdue deliveriesInteract with relevant Bullivants departments to ensure overall customer satisfactionUndertake ad-hoc duties as requestedSome of the skills: Previous experience in a customer service or industrial sales environmentAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentHigh level written and verbal communication skillsA curious mindset and a willingness to learnProactive nature with a focus on problem solving to achieve an outcomeExperience in the lifting and heavy rigging industry highly regardedNext Steps If you meet most of the criteria listed above and would like to be considered for this opportunity, please send your application today.
