We are looking for a Customer Service Officer for a short-term, 4-week contract. In this role, you'll assist customers with rebate-related inquiries, process applications, and maintain accurate records.This is an ideal position for a customer service professional who can handle administrative tasks efficiently and communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and high-quality information on rebate programs to customers.Assess and respond to customer inquiries about rebates, following established guidelines, policies, and legislation.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure prompt delivery of rebate-related information.Process exceptions manually and handle routine administrative tasks to support customer inquiries.Use technical equipment efficiently, troubleshooting issues as needed.Maintain complete and accurate records of work activities in line with legislative and privacy requirements.Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Uphold cultural safety and work in compliance with workplace health and safety policies.Key Selection Criteria:
Experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering clear and accurate support.Strong ability to build rapport with customers, including managing challenging interactions.Experience in a call centre or help desk environment, ideally with CRM systems like Salesforce.Training or qualification in customer service, call centre operations, or help desk support is preferred.At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
