Experience in legal, insurance, health, and medical industries is also potentially beneficial.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers and medical specialists through the provision of advice, arranging suitable appointments, and preparing files.Job DescriptionResponsibilities will include but are not limited to:Liaising with customers to book appropriate medical specialists for appointmentsScheduling of appointmentsMaintaining busy inboxes, with queries and appointment servicesProviding administrative and operational support to medical specialistsProviding information and advice to customers or prospective customersUndertaking other tasks assigned including reception duties, file preparation, engaging with customers, liaising with medical specialists, invoicing, and supporting the greater team in generalQualificationsTo be considered for this role you will have:Demonstrated significant experience in Customer ServiceExperience in invoicing is desirableDemonstrated ability to provide excellent customer serviceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and within a group environmentA personal approach that is warm, enthusiastic, friendly, and helpfulStrong prioritization skills while maintaining a level of flexibilityAttention to detail is a mustComputer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)mlcoa offers an exciting and fast-paced team environment where client focus, team spirit, drive, and respect are key features.
