We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Client Services Officer who is a team player with prior experience in the medical, legal, or insurance industries.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers through the provision of advice, arranging suitable appointments with our extensive specialist consultant team, and preparing relevant documents.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities will include but are not limited to: Responding to customer enquiries on the phone or via emailScheduling of appointments with relevant medical specialistsMaintaining busy mailboxes, including responding to queries in a timely manner, booking appointments, and other servicesProviding administrative and operational support to medical specialistsProviding information and advice to customers, or potential customersUndertaking other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Operations Manager, including reception duties, uploading dictation, invoicing, and supporting the greater team in generalQualificationsTo be considered for this role you will have: Demonstrated the ability to provide excellent customer serviceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated the ability to work independently and within a group environmentA personal approach which is enthusiastic, friendly, and helpfulStrong prioritisation skills while maintaining a level of flexibilityAttention to detail is a mustComputer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)mlcoa offers an exciting and fast-paced team environment where client focus, team spirit, drive, and respect are key features.
