We are seeking a highly-skilled individual to join our Copy Centre team for a Maternity Leave cover position. The successful candidate will help to ensure compliance and provide high-quality service and support to Copy Centre customers, CCG staff and industry partners under the direction of the Senior Customer Service Officer. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The roleProvide printing, copying and design services to customers in a professional, timely and efficient manner using high volume machinesDigital printing, copying, desktop publishing and laminatingOperate high-volume scanners and image handling softwarePerform binding and finishing work including the safe use of equipment such as paper cutter, hole driller, binder and electric staplerAssist in setting and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers, visitors, CCG staff and the communityRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional mannerResolve customer complaints and issuesProvide product and service information to customers including advice regarding job status and feasibility of requestsProcess orders, returns, and exchangesMaintain accurate customer records and documentationCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are metContinuously improve customer service processes and proceduresRequirementsClear Working with Children checkCurrent Victorian Driver's LicenceMinimum 2 years of practical industry experienceQualifications in Business Administration, Information Technology or Graphic DesignCommunity College Gippsland (CCG) is a child safe organisation with zero tolerance for child abuse and is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all students.
