Customer Service Officer (Mackay), Legal AidFull time, Contract, Part time, Casual/TemporaryOur customer service officers are the first point of contact for people visiting our 14 offices around the state and play an important role in providing services to our clients.
In this diverse and challenging role, you will respond to telephone inquiries, provide clients with legal information and help them complete application forms.
