We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team. If you have a passion for helping others and are looking to grow in a dynamic work environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.The day-to-day:Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service.Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.Our perfect fit:Someone who has a high level of customer service and data entry experience, excellent presentation, and clear communication skills. You must be able to keep up to date with current class times across the Gymnastics and Aquatic programs and have an ability to provide information on our products and services.
