Shortlisted candidates will be contacted in January 2025. The Role We are seeking a reliable person to join our Customer Service team as our Customer Service Officer. Based at our Head Office in Unanderra, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of customer orders received via email from our nationwide network of wholesale customers.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
High volume data entry and order processing. Being the first point of contact for ADP customers. Responding to customer queries via phone and email. Benefits Some of the benefits of working for ADP include:

A sense of urgency, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise duties. Exceptional communication skills. Strong team player with the ability to work in a small office environment. A positive attitude with a focus on achieving results. Essential Proven ability to complete daily tasks to a high standard. Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Strong computer/data entry capabilities and ability to work across multiple systems. Proven experience in a high-volume data entry environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant phone manner. Desirable Knowledge of bathroom products is an advantage, but not essential. Demonstrated customer service experience and confidence in dealing with customers on the phone. Why ADP?
