We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer in Wollongong NSW. This is a Part Time Permanent position with a 3 working day basis (Monday - Wednesday).Responsibilities:Deliver Stellar Customer Support: Interact with customers who visit the store, as well as respond to queries via phone and email, dealing with all in a professional and empathetic manner, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, requests, and complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.Problem Resolution: Act as a frontline troubleshooter, efficiently resolving customer issues and concerns. Collaborate with other teams when necessary to find solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings. Use this knowledge to guide customers and enhance their experience.Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Relationship Building: Foster strong and positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.Feedback and Improvement: Actively collect customer feedback and relay valuable insights to the management team.
