The role Cockburn Cement's Sales and Marketing team based at our Munster operation is responsible for providing supply chain services for the safe and sustainable distribution of our Lime & Cement products, predominantly to the mining and construction industries, throughout Western Australia.

As Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
You will be responsible for fostering a customer-centric culture and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
This is a permanent full time role based in Munster, WA. Responsibilities Receiving and processing bulk and packaged product ordersBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersProactive approach to CoR and ensure all parties in the supply chain adhere to current legislationLiaise with carriers to ensure timely and cost efficient deliveries for both bulk and packaged products to meet customer expectationsEnsure procedures, work instructions and Cockburn Cement standards are followed and up to dateMonitor bulk customer silo levelsGeneral administration functionsWhat you will need to succeed Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience and knowledge of customer service in the bulk transport / mining / building and construction industriesAbility to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work a rotational weekend roster and across dual locations when required – Kwinana and MunsterA high level of computer literacy, including data entryA strong desire to continuously improve processesExperience in SAP will be an advantageCreating and supporting a diverse workforce Cockburn Cement recognises that diversity in our workforce drives innovation, encourages creativity and better equips us to respond to the challenges facing our industry.
