Customer Service Officer

Flexi Personnel Australia – Warrnambool VICFlexi Personnel's Client in Warrnambool is looking for a Customer Service/Estimator to join their team.Requirements for the role:Customer Service* Manage the customer experience after order placement - this includes all communication required for order fulfilment and delivery. Operating with promptness, courtesy and high service levels at all times.* Manage call up process to customers - confirming order details.* Daily negotiations with customers and sub-contractors on delivery/production dates, extra delivery charges and any site difficulties.* Manage delivery/order issues swiftly keeping customer informed.* Respond to all customer enquiries and produce quality solutions that satisfy all parties.* Co-ordinate all logistical operations around deliveries.* Order buy-in products as required.* Maintain accurate records - keeping systems and files up to date.* Generating basic customer quotes for after-sales purchases.Work with Sales Manager and Sales Representatives on providing support to sales team to enable sales budgets and plans to be achieved. This will include such things as:Preparing and analysing sales reports.Analysis of customer sales data.Maintaining customer databases and information.Following up and talking with customers to answer straightforward questions.Work with estimating team to ensure they have good quality information to produce accurate quotes that meet customer expectations.Assist in managing the resolution of customer problems and complaints where appropriate.Assist sales team in sales-related projects as required.If you feel you have the experience for this role, please apply.
