THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY Working from our Head Office in Hallam, we are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Officer to join our collaborative National Customer Experience team on a full-time basis.
You'll play a pivotal role in modeling exceptional customer care, by acting as the critical link in the sales process between our sales team, stakeholders and our customers.
Key responsibilities will include: Accurate data entry by keying orders into SAP (CRM System)Escalation of customer queries to Customer Service ManagerManage case queues, backorders and exceptionsBuild and maintain rapport with new and existing customersEnsure fluid communication is maintained between multiple departmentsAcceptance of occasional inbound callsThis role requires you to work 38 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.
