Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Experience team. The role requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing high-quality support and building positive relationships with customers. This is a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction regarding rebate-related information.
Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate and high-quality service to customers regarding routine rebate information.Assess customer inquiries and make informed decisions based on established policies, procedures, legislation, and regulations.Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of rebate information.Accurately review and process manual exceptions and undertake administrative tasks to support customer inquiries.Utilize technical equipment to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments.Maintain precise and complete records in line with legislative, information security, and privacy policies.Follow work health and safety (WHS) policies to ensure a safe work environment.Foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Promote a culturally safe environment free from discrimination, where all customers feel safe, valued, and respected.Key Selection Criteria: Customer Service Experience: Previous experience providing advice and support in a customer service environment.Rapport-Building Skills: Demonstrated ability to build rapport, even with difficult customers.Call Centre Experience: High performance in a call center or help desk support role.Relevant Qualifications: Training in a relevant field, such as customer service, call center operations, or help desk support.Technical Proficiency: Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems (e.g., Salesforce).How to Apply:
