Diversify your experience in a passionate customer focused teamPositively impact on the customer experience and be a key first contact pointFixed Term, Part-time role located in MorwellAbout the role and your responsibilities: The Customer Support Team is responsible for the provision of excellent customer service through the issuing of Access Agreements across the Parks Victoria estate for Scientific research activities.
As the Customer Support Officer, the primary focus of your position is to assess, prepare and execute access agreements and any required documentation, take general enquiries and keep up to date information on Parks Victoria systems.
You will ensure all permitted activities are clearly scheduled, and Parks Victoria staff are aware of anything occurring in the Parks Victoria estate. You will also provide information and guidance to clients and colleagues regarding the agreement process.
