The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Recar Townsville.
Permanent position.
Monday to Friday.
We are seeking a Customer Service professional to assist and support our wider team and managers with administration support and provide our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.
Role Responsibilities Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly Greeting customers on arrival Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles Contacting customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience Telephone and email correspondence Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc.)
Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs Does this sound like you?
