Customer Service Officer Customer Service and Support Role Central Toowoomba Based Location Competitive Salary and Job Security Our client is a leading software company in the Toowoomba region, that has been servicing rural Australia for over 30 years.
They are seeking a Customer Service professional with high level communication skills to assist their clients get the best out of their product.
This position will see you providing assistance and answering queries from current and prospective clients.
The software is intuitive, user friendly and comprehensive training will be provided.
Your role will also include: Assisting clients in navigating and operating the software; Delivering online and in-person training for both individual and small groups; Developing visual procedural aids and content such as walk-through tutorial videos and user guides to assist clients in navigating the software; Demonstrating and explaining the software to potential clients; and Participating in the testing of new software releases.
To be successful in the role, you will ideally have:   Great communication skills, particularly over the phone; Good general computer skills; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; and High levels of motivation, integrity and ethical practice (as you will be dealing with people's sensitive financial information).
This is not an IT role.
It is providing end users with support and guidance on how to navigate and get the best out of their financial management software.
Therefore, having a good working knowledge of accounts will be beneficial along with some reasonable computer literacy and a good customer service ethic.
You will be in a professional environment with an organisation that will provide extensive training and support for you to achieve your full potential in this position.
