About Our Vacancy We are excited to start the search for our newest Customer Service Officer at Fletcher Insulation Prospect. Our team is looking for a fresh, energetic, and tech-savvy individual who prides themselves on exceeding customer expectations and constantly pushes themselves to customer service excellence! You are there to ensure you continue to lead the way in high-class service to all our customers, both internal and external. You will be responsible for customer service via phone and emails, processing quotes & orders, following up on sales opportunities as well as daily administration.
We work in a fast-paced environment, so it is important that you can think on your feet, work with efficiency, and follow directions.
