Border Express currently has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join the team at our Sydney Branch. Duties: Providing high level of customer service and communication to key internal and external stakeholders.Providing professional, accurate and timely written responses to customer email enquiries regarding freight status.Providing attention to detail and follow up to investigate and resolve complex freight enquiries.Ensuring all enquiries are accurately recorded or updated in our CRM (enquiry management system).Provide adhoc phone and chat channel support as required.Skills and Experience: Experience assisting customers with queries in a timely and efficient manner.Strong written, verbal and listening skills are essential.Well-developed time management, communication, relationship management and conflict resolution skills.Initiative, drive and a willingness to be an active member of the team.Strong attention to detail.Experience working to KPIs within a fast-paced environment.Get to know Border Express: At Border Express we're committed 100% to providing the very best supply chain services for Australia.
