Experience in a call centre, hospitality, tourism, retail, sales or similar industriesExcellent verbal communication and phone mannerHigh level of positive energy and enthusiasmA natural problem solver and solution provider with a customer central approachDemonstrated high levels of integrity, honesty and an ethical approachProven ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentA desire to learn and take on feedbackEssential Criteria:To service our operational hours, the role has a fortnightly rotational roster as follows:
