Customer Service / Administration Warwick Farm Temp to Perm Our client is a leader in air-conditioning is seeking an experienced customer service officer with great organisational and administrative skills to work in their spare parts division.
Key responsibilities will include: Taking inbound calls from customers Taking customer orders via phone, email or in person Providing support to the customer service team with general administrative duties as required.
To be successful, you will need: Previous experience in a customer service role Ability to engage with clients and build rapport resulting in long-term business relationships Have a positive, professional phone manner and excellent communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word Great interpersonal and team skills.
