About the Opportunity The primary purpose of the Customer Service Officer is tocontribute to the effective operation of customer service and toprovide efficient and quality support to OPA staff, clients andstakeholders.
About the Business The Office of the Public Advocate is an independent statutoryOffice of the South Australian Government. The OPA exists topromote the rights and interests of people who may need assistancewith decision-making and assist their family and friends. ThePublic Advocate promotes rights through delivery of services.Services includes provision of information, advocacy, disputeresolution, investigations, and being appointed guardian by theSouth Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT) when noother order is appropriate. The OPA is guided by the principles andrequirements in key legislation and the United Nations Conventionon the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
