Effectively manage and delegate email, phone call and walk in enquiries.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the team and clients.
Champion the administrative tasks and checklists.
Be a reliable and organized team member.
Daily administrative tasks - filing, printing, etc.
Good relationship building skills - ability to liaise with a range of contractors.
About the individual:
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and organized
Strong problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A team player
Experience working as a receptionist / PA
Car and driver's license are required, site is not accessible via public transport.
