Based at Sunshine Plaza shopping centre in Maroochydore, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the Centre Management Team.
This is a casual role with variable hours.
The Customer Service Officer represents the face of our Centre and plays a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers.
This role acts as a key liaison between the Centre Management, the Customer Service Team and our customers, including both our shoppers & retailers.
Sunshine Plaza is the largest shopping centre on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and has been servicing the local region since 1994.
The candidate must be an exceptional communicator who has strong customer service skills.
The duties will encompass a wide variety of ad hoc administration, sales and marketing activities, as well as being the first point of contact for the majority of our Customers.
