About This Opportunity The Customer Service Officer is responsible for utilising The Country Chef Bakery Co systems and processes to ensure customer order information is entered accurately in a timely manner, whilst building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer delivery and service levels are achieved.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Prompt conversion of all Customer Purchase orders to Sales Orders to meet Customer requirements. High level of attention to detail when entering and monitoring data in The Country Chef Bakery Co. systems - customer details, delivery dates, quantities, delivery addresses, transport carrier and pricing. High level of organisational skills of outlook mailbox and strong time management of inbound customer emails and calls. Demonstrates strong time management skills and an awareness of the importance of efficient work practices to deliver on role expectations in a timely manner. Build strong relationships internally and externally by always demonstrating the company values. Investigating and resolving customer enquiries. Providing solutions that balance customer satisfaction and company policies. Take responsibility for learning and development to grow expertise in current systems and processes. Other duties as required. About You Experience in a Customer Service role, logistics, or high volume administration-based role is preferred but not essential. Demonstrated ability to achieve set deadlines within a working environment. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience using an ERP system is preferred but not essential. Proven attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Process driven. Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve an outcome. Highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude.
