We're looking for a casual Customer Service Officer to join our team on site at a shopping centre based in Smithfield! A snapshot of the role: Providing excellent customer service at all times, both face to face and over the phone Proactively and continuously improve customer's experience within the centre Management of lost property Assist the Marketing & Administration teams as required

Previous working experience in hospitality or retail Ability to easily build rapport with all different types of people You are well-presented and well-spoken
