About the roleThe role is responsible for providing professional and efficient customer service to all internal and external customers, and providing a friendly and supportive front of house for the organisation.
Skills & experience Experience in a customer service role and dealing with difficult customers.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Well-developed conflict resolution and problem solving skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and independently.Proven ability to work under pressure, use initiative and be well organised.High level word processing skills with experience utilising Microsoft Office.Duties & responsibilitiesEnsure all front-desk, phone call and online enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently and within set timeframes.Greet visitors and manage visitor sign-in system.Receipt and reconcile payments.Raise customer requests and allocate to relevant business units to action.Manage the foyer and information displays ensuring a high level of professionalism.Manage all mail and accept deliveries.Administer flag protocols in line with Department of Local Government advice.Assist with the development and administration of customer service procedures and policies, including charter, strategies, forms and complaints handling.Undertake the delegated functions of a registration officer under the Dog Act 1976 and Cat Act 2011.Liaise with internal and external clients.Manage corporate stationery orders.Provide administrative support as required.BenefitsAttractive Hourly RateJoining a high performing teamWeekly PaysAbout the companyCategory 5 Labour Management is a locally owned and operated labour hire business, supplying trades and maintenance personnel to various industries within Port Hedland and surrounding Pilbara towns.Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to support in various areas of their business.
