Main Responsibilities Managing sales enquiries within the branch, via email, phone and counter sales.Quoting, processing customer orders, raising purchase requisitions.Ensuring customer enquiries are actioned in a timely manner.Building strong relationships with both customers & suppliers.The Role Focuses on assisting existing and new customers with product sales and associated services.This is a customer service-based role, so excellent communication and time management skills are required.Solution-focused role, so strong problem-solving skills are required.An interest in the safety industry (desirable).The Requirements (Desirable) Customer Service Experience.Experience in lifting, rigging, and/or height safety industries, or other heavy industry requiring these products and services.A current driver's license.Computer experience specifically with Microsoft Suite.Enthusiastic applicants with no experience but who possess an excellent work ethic and are looking for a new career are also encouraged to apply.
