Job DescriptionThe Opportunity Salary: $56,877 - $65,000 AUD + Super per annum
We are seeking a people-focused, motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join us in our Osborne Park office.
This role will provide quality Front Office/Reception duties in providing a timely and efficient customer service to internal and external customers as well as assisting with racing payments function and customer queries.
You will also be assisting with RWWA head office duties and maintenance, undertaking tasks associated with RWWA's Records Management to ensure seamless processes are maintained by working with other Business Operationsand Finance staff.
A day in this role could see you undertaking the following duties: Front of house Reception duties providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customersGreeting all external guestsManaging the phone communications system for ReceptionCo-ordinate the access and security passesProcessing of mail and courier requestsEnsure seamless processes are maintained by working with other Business Operations and Finance staffCo-ordinate the access and security audit on a quarterly basisManage pool car booking requestsAssist with Racing payment function and customer queriesUndertake tasks associated with RWWA's Records ManagementProcessing of cash and cheque paymentsProvide assistance with Business Operations duties as requiredMaintain Key registerCo-ordinate stationery order requestsQualificationsAbout you Ideally to be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience in a similar role.Organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.Excellent interpersonal skills to provide quality customer service and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.Additional InformationWhat are you waiting for?
